 Project Details 

Amazon selected the Borderplex region for their $250M distribution center because of the following: 

  • Strong business environment

  • Competitive costs

  • Access and service the entire Southwest region

  • Speed to market (accessibility was a major point for the company)

Amazon indicated that the El Paso facility will be one of the newest of its kind in the entire global Amazon network, known as a sort robotics facility.

  • Tailored a proposal introducing Amazon to the Borderplex market. The packet included information on:

    • Local market data 

    • How to do business in the Borderplex

    • Living and working in the Borderplex

  • Provided potential real estate sites
